Refund & Cancellation

The short version

Unused Credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a Credit has been spent on an AI action, it's used and can't be refunded. No subscription means nothing to cancel — your Credits simply stay with you until you use them.

1. No subscriptions, nothing to cancel

AI Home Helper works on Credits, not subscriptions. You buy a pack, and the Credits are yours. There is no recurring charge to cancel, no auto-renewal, and no minimum commitment.

2. Refund eligibility

You can request a refund for a Credit purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the Credits in that purchase are unused. Refunds are made to your original payment method via PayPal.

If you've used part of a Credit pack, we can refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis, at our discretion.

3. What can't be refunded

Credits that have already been spent on AI actions. Purchases older than 14 days. Credits obtained through promotions or grants rather than purchase.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK and EU law, including your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases where applicable.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@aihomehelper.uk from the email address used for the purchase, and include the transaction date. We'll process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.

6. Payment disputes

If you have a problem with a payment, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve issues faster than a formal PayPal dispute, and we're happy to help.
